About this site

The world has a love/hate relationship with AI right now. Depending on who you ask, it’s either going to bring global prosperity or cause a total collapse.

I’m a little concerned about our future robot overlords, but mostly I’m interested in its pragmatic uses right now.

I’m in my thirties, I work full-time, and I’m constantly balancing a home, family, and a social life. While I can’t add more hours to my week, I am still looking for ways to make my days more efficient. If AI can actually make my life easier and give me more time, I want to use it.

Right now, there is a flood of new tech - LLMs, automation platforms, chatbots - but it isn't always clear how to link those tools to real, day-to-day problems.

Invisible Cadence is a personal project to document my journey of integrating these tools into my life. My goal is simple: test the tech, build things that solve real problems, and buy back enough time to do more of the things I actually love.
